fc04.deviantart.com/fs20/f/200…Yes Folks! Another Do it yourself Project! Although, this one may cost a bit, or something. (as opposed to nothin' at all that is) (less than $10)
The Basic concept is simple, you need to extend your normal lens to accomodate a closer focusing range and extend your depth of field. An voila, you've got MACRO.
I just got this from this other site of youd like to check it heres a
link What you'll need:
Kit Lens 18-55mm or any normal lens of your choice
A Rear Lens Cap (the one that covers the rear end of your camera.
A Body Cap (the one that covers the body, when lense is not attached)
Card / PVC Tube (Enough to fit Your lense inside Snugly) BUt Loode enough so you are still able to pull it out)
Tools:
Sharp Knife or Power Drill/Cutting Tool (No! We are not going to drill into the lens!)
Instructions:
1. You have to cut holes into the Lens Caps (see
link for complete instructions & visuals)
2. Attach them to the PVC Coupler, or Cardboard
3.Test it first, with your lens attached
4. (take your lens out) And Fix with glue, teh lens caps to the PVC Body.
And let it dry for half an hour or so, then attach your lens, Then You're good to go!
